PPD Workshop

Today we had our first PPd workshop with John and Jane, they gave us an insight into what we will be looking at in PPD and enterprise this year, our man focus is gaining professional practice.

We then got into groups and dicussed the PPD tasks we were set and put our minds together to produce lists of 10 in response to each question, the first one was 'Why am I here?',

The next question we discussed in our groups was 'What is Professional Practice?', we mainly discussed our concerns about going into a professional practice, here is our list:

I think the session today was really useful, John and Jane already made me feel a bit more comfortable with the idea of approaching professional practice. As they said I now need to start making a lost of potential agencies and design studios I want to get in contact with and start a address book. I also need to start thinking of how I will contact and approach them, what will make me stand out from everyone else, my first place to start is to design a business card.
