-Lighting/electricity/projectors
-2 people need electricity, not including lighting.
-Extension leads
-Light bulbs
-Light 6 rooms
-Lights for when we are setting up next Wednesday
-Saturday day time-masking out space-9am
-Drinks/Bar
-Sound/noises-speakers
-Timetable of events
-Recruit a team-photographer/bar/people on the door
-T-shirts
-House security
-£shop for plastic cups 
-£10 for alcohol each -£120 spending 
-Donations
-Sweets/chocolate coins
-Lilli treasurer 
-Thursday Afternoon-4.30PM
-10 medium, 10 large.
-Hazards
-Block rooms we don't want people to go into
-Signs-for stairs etc
-Hanging stuff-are walls safe? whats behind them, don't want to hit live wires.
